So special Kim. What a beautiful little memory you’ve made there. They all look like they have a lovely bond, which they treasure as they reach adulthood. Thanks for sharing x

What gorgeous boys. Special memories here Kim!

Leanne Bertram - January 10, 2011 - 1:50 am

I love these Kim – there’s something very classic about these images.. timeless.

We are the same with boys in my family. no girls on my husband’s side for over 100years ( no, not kidding ) and my side leans a bit more to the blokes too. Boys are great 🙂

Kim, I can’t help but think of the book ‘Raising Boys’ by Steven Biddulph (have you read it?). I can just imagine the first image (my absolute fav) on the front cover – I love the different ages represented in that photo, and just the boyishness of them all. Oh, and poor Nana!!! What an adventurous woman; looks like she has no other choice. LOVE these Kim – they really speak to me!! x

Sue, Glen, Max and Tilly were my neighbours/family until Woodend called them away. You have, indeed, captured their spirits, their love of life and of each other – and you have made me want to cry because I miss them so much. But now I have them to look at via your photos. Of course, Ned – who spent his days with me – is just perfectly portrayed. Thank you.

Donyale - October 30, 2010 - 5:03 am

I count Sue as one of my oldest dearest friends, and living so far away from her and her wonderful family makes these photos so lovely to look at. Thanks for sharing.
