- I can always tell how good a wedding is by how sore my cheeks are when editing the photos. I tend to smile back at the people in the photos when I see them. I know that may sound a little weird but there you have it. There were SO many moments to make me smile in this wedding like – 91 year old Nana Thelma’s face every time she saw Jen (not to mention her amazing handmade biscuits), the dress made with love by the stunning brides Mum. Jen pulling on her wedding shoes which were funky boots over her spotty socks, speeches from loving sisters who are also a dedicated Mum written on the back of a Peppa Pig drawing. Bouquets and buttonholes made with love from a dear friend, rainbow lorikeets dancing in the trees during vows – I could go on and on.
